I am currently running two MacBook Pros & one Mac Desktop using GarageBand, Logic Pro X & Ableton Live 9 to record & sample. Akai EIE Pro & Native Instruments Komplete 6 Digital Audio Interfaces, along w/ NI Komplete Ultimate Production Suite. A Korg Wavedrum, NI Machine & Akai’s Ableton Push offer digital samples, sounds, textures & rhythms. NI Traktor Digital Turntables, an Akai MPK-49 MIDI Keyboard & Novation Launchpad for plenty of midi control. Two KRK 10” Monitors & a Digitech Speaker Setup w/ Sub for alternative monitoring purposes.
Two Fender Basses (One Jazz, One P-Bass Special), as well as a Mahogany Body, Neck Through, ESP LTD F-5E to bring the low & even lower end. I’m playing through a David Eden, Nemesis 300w, 4x10” Bass Cabinet. As far as guitars, The Distressed Mahogany, Washburn HB-32DM, Semi-Hollow Body is a personal favorite. Hagstrom’s HL-550 Hollow-Body is a tone of heavenly proportions & The Mahogany Gibson SG is as crunchy & shreddable as they get!
These are being played through either a Fender Frontman 25R (Solid State), which is an excellent sounding amp w/ a beautiful clean, as well as reverb that makes me feel warm inside & out. The other primary amp I play through is a Vox Valvetronix Chrome Combo, which is a blast given all of the effects possibilities & overall tone. I also have two limited edition Alvarez Grateful Dead 50th Anniversary Acoustics & an Epiphone Hummingbird Deluxe makes me want to play the day away sitting in the sunshine drinking “ice teas” by the river.

My father passed down an awesome Pearl Drumkit he toured the world with, backing Blues Legends like Pinetop Perkins, Willie “Big Eyes” Smith, Billy Flynn, & Nick Moss. I am honored to own them & they sound great! Assorted Zildjian Hi-Hats & Cymbals. When it comes to pedals I own a few, Markbass Super Synth, Electro Harmonix Blackfinger Compressor, EH Superego+ & EH Q-Tron+ Effects Pedals to offer up some space when necessary. A VOX Stomplab IIG Effects Pedal, Joe Satriani “Satchurator” Distortion Pedal & Electro Harmonix Mini Q-Tron, Boss ‘63 Reverb Deluxe, a Cry Baby Deluxe Wah, as well as an Apogee “Gio” Digital Guitar Interface & Pedalboard, to round out The Effects.
I am extremely satisfied with my current setup & only plan to add more when financially possible. A stand alone piano, keyboard or synth to be able to play without using a Plug-In or computer would be great.
